The Construction Leadership Certificate of Undergraduate Study (CUGS) is designed for students who wish to learn the unionized environment of the construction field as well as the communication, writing and research skills required to be an effective construction leader.

The Construction Leadership Certificate of Undergraduate Study (CUGS) requires the completion of 12 undergraduate semester hours (4 courses), which are possible to complete in two consecutive semesters. This certificate program is part of three stackable CUGS from the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Construction Management program.

Upon receipt of the materials below, a representative from the Rowan Global Admissions Processing Office will contact you with confirmation or will indicate any missing items.

  • $65 (U.S.) non-refundable application fee
  • Associate's degree or an equivalent number of transferable college credits
  • Official transcripts from all colleges attended (regardless of the number of credits earned)
  • Minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
