Rowan University's partnerships with regional County Colleges represent the opportunity for New Jersey residents to pursue a bachelor's degree at a highly reduced cost. Through it's undergraduate degree completion programs, Rowan University's Division of Global Learning & Partnerships (Rowan Global), offers the remaining credit hours required to obtain a Rowan University degree via convenient delivery modes including classes offered online, accelerated or on the ground at a Rowan College county campus. Alumni of these institutions who elect to begin their degree through Rowan Global will also enjoy the benefit of:
- No application fee
- Guaranteed admission to a degree completion program provided admission conditions are met

Getting Started
The ideal candidate for these degree completion programs possesses an associate's degree or at least 60 semester hours from one of the Rowan Colleges. If you already possess your associate's degree or 60 s.h., get started by completing either an RCBC or RCSJ application. The application fee will be waived for alumni of RCBC or RCGC/RCSJ. Current Rowan College students should contact the RCGC advisor or RCBC advisor for more information on how to get started.
