Rowan University's partnerships with regional County Colleges represent the opportunity for New Jersey residents to pursue a bachelor's degree at a highly reduced cost. Through it's undergraduate degree completion programs, Rowan University's Division of Global Learning & Partnerships (Rowan Global), offers the remaining credit hours required to obtain a Rowan University degree via convenient delivery modes including classes offered online, accelerated or on the ground at a Rowan College county campus. Alumni of these institutions who elect to begin their degree through Rowan Global will also enjoy the benefit of:

  • No application fee
  • Guaranteed admission to a degree completion program provided admission conditions are met
  • A discount off of the prevailing on-campus Rowan University tuition and fees

Rowan University Programs at RCSJ

Rowan College of South Jersey is a public, comprehensive, two-year institution with campuses in Gloucester County, and Cumberland County, NJ and accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. The College seeks to assist individuals in the development of a career, while at the same time cultivating values and encouraging personal growth.

The partnership between RCSJ and Rowan University provides students with multiple pathways to earn a bachelor's degree in a variety of in demand majors.

3+1 RCSJ Programs

Attend 3 years of college at RCSJ and complete the 4th year at Rowan University. Eligible degrees include:

Earn 24-30 college credits through RCSJ while taking classes, living on Rowan University's campus, and participating in the full on-campus experience at a fraction of the cost.

Complete your associate's degree at RCSJ and finish the final two years of your bachelor's degree online from Rowan University at a discounted rate. Eligible degrees include:

Traditional Transfer

Complete your associate's degree at RCSJ and transfer to Rowan University for your bachelor's degree as a traditional on-campus student.

Getting Started

The ideal candidate for these degree completion programs possesses an associate's degree or at least 60 semester hours from one of the Rowan Colleges.  If you already possess your associate's degree or 60 s.h., get started by completing either an RCBC or RCSJ application. The application fee will be waived for alumni of RCBC or RCGC/RCSJ. Current Rowan College students should contact the RCGC advisor or RCBC advisor for more information on how to get started.
