The graduate COGS in the Assessment and Control of Legalized Cannabis is designed to assist individuals seeking to be a part of the legal cannabis industry’s growth at any point in the legislative or supply chain. An understanding of issues surrounding legal compliance, product growth, regulation, distribution and labor relations will comprise the coursework of this certificate. This COGS is designed to give a graduate the policy knowledge, the program evaluation/implementation background, the skills to develop and evaluate, and provide them with an in-depth look at the legalization of cannabis and the problems society and social institutions face when we encounter legalization.

Upon receipt of the materials below, a representative from the Rowan Global Admissions Processing Office will contact you with confirmation or will indicate any missing items.

  • $65 (U.S.) non-refundable application fee
  • Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) from an accredited institution of higher learning
  • Official transcripts from all colleges attended (regardless of number of credits earned)
  • Current professional resume
  • Minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale)
