The Construction Management certificate is designed for students who are seeking a fundamental understanding of the construction industry, its stakeholders, and processes. Construction project terminology along with emerging topics will also be studied.

Curriculum

The Certificate of Undergraduate Study in Construction Management is a full-time or part-time program offered in an accelerated online format. It requires the completion of 12 undergraduate semester hours (4 courses), which are possible to complete in 2 consecutive semesters.

Upon receipt of the materials below, a representative from the Rowan Global Admissions Processing Office will contact you with confirmation or will indicate any missing items.

  • Completed Application Form
  • $65 (U.S.) non-refundable application fee
  • Associate's degree or an equivalent number of transferable college credits
  • Official transcripts from all colleges attended (regardless of the number of credits earned)
  • Minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
