The Certificate of Undergraduate Study in Construction Management Practices program will allow students to increase the breadth and depth of their knowledge of the construction industry, fundamentals and project administration. Completion of the Certificate of Undergraduate Study (CUGS) will provide current apprentices seeking to gain entry to the profession, and other current journey persons and seasoned professionals the opportunity to pursue upward mobility in the profession, a flexible pathway to certificate completion.

Completion of the CUGS will give students the necessary tools required by the construction/utilities industry which is heavily represented in our geographical areas. We therefore expect that students who complete the CUGS will be very marketable and career ready upon completion. All courses in this CUGS will be taught by highly qualified faculty, including subject matter experts from the Construction Industry, who will have significant industry experience and will be able to bring the unique industry perspective.

The Certificate of Undergraduate Study in Construction Management Practices is a full-time or part-time program offered in an accelerated online format. It requires the completion of 12 undergraduate semester hours (4 courses), which are possible to complete in 2 consecutive semesters.

Upon receipt of the materials below, a representative from the Rowan Global Admissions Processing Office will contact you with confirmation or will indicate any missing items.

  • Completed Application Form
  • $65 (U.S.) non-refundable application fee
  • Official transcripts from all colleges attended (regardless of the number of credits earned)
  • Minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
